Amy is a socially engaged artist and maker on her home island of Jura, working predominantly with people and found objects in resourceful and environmentally conscious ways.
Her experience of 'island community' plays a leading role in her practice, informing a playful, humorous and nostalgic narrative in her visual works, as well as a dedication to working towards human connection.
Amy collaborates with members of the Jura community to deliver community priorities and encourage creative action, as well as making jewellery and objects from her finds.
